# cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
# ./sqlplus / as sysdba

change password

# alter user sys identified by UTWIEQYHDJSADASLKAD

stop OMS

# cd $OMS_HOME/bin
# ./emctl stop oms

change SYSMAN passowrd

# cd $OMS_HOME/bin
# ./emctl config oms -change_repos_pwd -use_sys_pwd -sys_pwd UIYADJKASD -new_pwd UYEWOIQE

stop Admin Server & restart OMS

# cd $OMS_HOME/bin
# ./emctl stop oms -all
# ./emctl start oms

check

# cd $OMS_HOME/bin
# ./emctl  status oms -details
